What you can buy
One live 1:1 service, with straightforward pricing
Every lesson lasts 55 minutes and is delivered live by video on Zoom.
Four-lesson package — £94
Four 55-minute 1:1 lesson credits at £23.50 per lesson. Credits expire six months after purchase.
Currency and VAT
Prices are in GBP. KickStart English Ltd is not VAT registered, so prices do not include VAT.
No extra fees
There are no booking or platform fees. Your payment total is shown before you pay.
How booking works
Choose, pay, receive details, then join live
The learner app is where you select your teacher and a scheduled time; the public website does not take payment.
1. Create an account
Create a free learner account and choose a teacher, a lesson or package, and an available time in your time zone.
2. Pay and confirm
Before payment, the learner app shows the selected service, total GBP price, time, and applicable cancellation terms.
3. Receive your lesson details
After payment, you receive booking confirmation in the learner app and by email. The confirmed Zoom link is provided there.
4. Join the live lesson
Your contracted KSE teacher delivers the 55-minute live lesson at the agreed date and time.
Changes and support
If your plans change
You can cancel a scheduled lesson more than 24 hours before it starts. A timely cancellation restores a package credit or refunds a directly paid trial. Late cancellations and missed lessons have no automatic refund, but you can email support to ask us to review the circumstances.
If KickStart, the teacher, or Zoom prevents delivery, you can choose a rebooked lesson, restored credit, or refund. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 14 days. See our cancellation and refund policy for the full terms.
